Gym Workout for women :) A brilliant workout to get you started.
Hello and how are you all today? Today I am going to be posting the workout I do in the Gym. Please remember I have only been at the gym for one month now, so maybe this workout will be easy for some of you. This workout is prefect for newbies. My gym uses the TECHNOGYM machines which have a key system that can have a pre designed workout on them so you know exactly what to do :) Now before we start please remember that I strongly recommend that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. I do 3 different workouts at the Gym - This is my ALL OVER workout 1.
