Urban Decay sustainable shadow box
Hi everyone,
Yesterday I promised to put swatches and reviews of the Urban Decay palettes I own.
Today I am reviewing the Sustainable Shadow Box. The Urban Decay Sustainable Shadow Box contains all of the following shadows:
YDK (Mocha with Gold Shimmer)
Flipside (Teal)
Grifter (Lilac with Silver Shimmer)
Uzi (Metallic Silver)
Twice Baked (Dark Brown with Gold Shimmer)
Midnight Cowboy Rides Again( light Brown with Gold Shimmer)
Flash (Bright Purple)
Oil Slick (Black with Silver Shimmer)
Kiddie Pool (Ocean Blue)
Half Baked (Golden Bronze)
This is YDK and midnight cowboy rides again.
YDK is a mocha colour with a slight touch of shimmer. YDK is available as a single shadow and is also in the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette.
Midnight Cowboy Rides again is a light brown with lots of golden shimmer. Midnight Cowboy Rides Again is available as a single shadow.
This is Flipside and Flash.
Flipside is a lovely teal blue/green colour. It is a really easy colour to work with and is very buildable for a more dramatic colour. Unfortunately this colour has been discontinued.
Flash is one of my least used colours from this palette. It is a bright purple colour. I find it really hard to wear, but for a really dramatic look it would be great. Flash is available as a single eyeshadow.
This is Grifter and Oil Slick.
Grifter is a pale pink with shimmer. It is very easy to wear as an everyday colour. Grifter is available as a single eyeshadow.
Oil slick is back with silver shimmer. It looks great used as an eyeliner. Oil Slick is available as a single eye shadow.
This is UZI and kiddi pool.
UZI is silver with silver shimmer. I love this colour. It is great to use in the inner corner of the eye.
Kiddi pool is blue with multi coloured shimmer. It is also a very wearable day time colour. Kiddi Pool has unfortunately been discontinued.
This is Twice Baked and Half Baked.
Twice Baked is a dark brown with gold shimmer. It is a lovely crease colour and can be easily blended out. Twice Baked is available as a single shadow.
Half Baked is s beautiful golden bronze colour. This colour is in the Naked 2 palette and can also be bought as a single shadow.
The sustainable shadow box is hard to find these days. It is available on www.urbandecay.com and there are a few available on www.houseoffraser.co.uk. The single shadows can also be bought from these sites.
