Gym Workout for women :) A brilliant workout to get you started.

Hello and how are you all today? Today I am going to be posting the workout I do in the Gym. Please remember  I have only been at the gym for one month now, so maybe this workout will be easy for some of you. This workout is prefect for newbies. My gym uses the TECHNOGYM machines which have a key system that can have a pre designed workout on them so you know exactly what to do :) Now before we start please remember that I strongly recommend that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. I do 3 different workouts at the Gym - This is my ALL OVER workout 1. Hello and welcome to my first ever :                                       FOLLOW ME THURSDAY So, ever Thursday I will write about what I did and what I ate. This morning I was at the gym at 6.30 AM and did my "FULL BODY" workout ( I will be posting specific details of what I actually do in the Gym for my workouts) My FULL BODY workout last about 45 mins. I have to keep my workouts short as I have a busy little family to look after too :) After my workout I walked home and by the time I got there it was 8AM. Then I poured myself a Skinny Tea from Teami using my lovely purple Teami mug. I don't particularly like herbal tea but I am hoping that I will see the benefits from drinking it. Sweet potato brownies with vegan cream cheese topping

Life is really busy these days but I need to get back to writing my blog. Previously I was into makeup and all my posts were makeup related. Now I have recently turned vegan and want to dedicate this blog to my new recipes. Today I made these delicious sweet potato brownies. These are the sweet potato brownies without the cream cheese topping. This is how the brownies look with the cream cheese topping. Ingredients: For Brownies: 2 large sweet potatoes 12 dates, without stones 3/4 cup of ground almonds 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 4 tablespoons of raw cacao powder 50g dark chocolate ( making sure it is vegan) For topping: 1/2 cup of vegan cream cheese 1/3 cup of vegan butter 3 cups powdered sugar How to: 1. Heat oven to 180 c 2. Line a baking pan (preferably square or rectangular) 3. Mix cooked sweet potatoes and dates in blender until smooth 4.Put other brownie mix ingredients in a bowl 5.
