Vanilya Club October Box 2012

It's that time of the month again. What time of the month is that I hear you all ask. Yes it is Vanilya Club time again. I just love to get mail :))

This months box comes in the stanard cream coloured Vanilya Club box that we are all used to.
The boxes for August and September were very disappointing for me. Fingers crossed this box will be a good one.



From first glance into the box it looks good. I am excited lets have a closer look at what is in this months beauty box.
This is the first thing that caught my attention the minute I opened the box. It is the Alessandro Go Magic Twist Spacey Grey. This is a magnetic nail varnish and the reason I am so excited about this is the fact that the magnet isn't the usual diagonal line design. It is a star :) I haven't been able to find any nail polish with this design in Turkey so I am happy. The colour seems to be a nice colour also. A silvery grey colour - very good colour for Autumn/Fall.
The next item in this box is another nail polish. Alessanro Nail Polish Nude Parisienne. It is a nice quality polish. I did one quick coat so that you color have a better idea of the colour an as you can see it isn't streaky at all. The colour is another great colour for Autumn/ Fall.
Next is the L'Occitane Shea Hand Cream. It comes in a 10ml travel size package, the full size product is a 30ml package. This is quite a lot of hand cream as anyone who has used L'Occitane products before will know a little goes a long way.
Then we have some Betty Boop Nail Varnish removal pads. These are always handy to have in your bag. The Betty Boop image makes it look cute.
The final product is a sample of Kenzo Maly Kenzo parfume. The description on the card says it contains : pear, jasmine, heliotrope flower and cedar. It smells quite nice.

urban Decay Naked 2 in Sephora Turkey!!

Woohoo Sephora!! Sephora has finally got the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette in Turkey. Just look at how beautiful this is. When I got my Naked 2 I had to order it from www.hqhair.com So Thank You Sephora for bringing it to Turkey. Just look at those colours. How amazing are they? There are so many looks you can create from this palette. It costs 129tl right now in Sephora. I really hope that this means Sephora Turkey will soon be stocking Urban Decay products. Sprinkles xx

Sweet potato brownies with vegan cream cheese topping

Life is really busy these days but I need to get back to writing my blog. Previously I was into makeup and all my posts were makeup related. Now I have recently turned vegan and want to dedicate this blog to my new recipes. Today I made these delicious sweet potato brownies. These are the sweet potato brownies without the cream cheese topping. This is how the brownies look with the cream cheese topping. Ingredients: For Brownies: 2 large sweet potatoes 12 dates, without stones 3/4 cup of ground almonds 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 4 tablespoons of raw cacao powder 50g dark chocolate ( making sure it is vegan) For topping: 1/2 cup of vegan cream cheese 1/3 cup of vegan butter 3 cups powdered sugar How to: 1.
